These Terms govern the use of the KAMPA Tours & Events website and the booking of our escorted journeys, tailor-made trips and ground services. By requesting a proposal or confirming a booking you agree to these Terms. Draft for review — to be confirmed by KAMPA’s legal adviser before launch.
1. About KAMPA Tours & Events
KAMPA Tours & Events is a licensed travel agency based in Istanbul, Türkiye, operating escorted journeys, tailor-made trips, accommodation and event services in Türkiye, Greece and the Middle East and North Africa region since 2003.

2. Proposals and bookings
Our journeys are priced per departure, group size, hotel category and season. Prices shown on the website are indicative until confirmed in a written proposal.
A booking is confirmed upon written acceptance of the proposal and receipt of the deposit stated in it; the balance is due by the date stated in the proposal.
Named hotels are provided as indicated “or similar” of equal category, subject to availability.
3. What is included
Each proposal lists exactly what is included (hotel nights, domestic flights, transfers, site entries, meals, guide) and what is not (international flights, meals not stated, personal expenses, optional excursions, tips, visas, travel insurance).
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation terms are stated in each proposal and depend on the departure date, hotel and airline conditions. Where a departure must be changed for reasons beyond our control (weather, safety, force majeure, official restrictions), KAMPA will offer an alternative date, itinerary or refund in line with the proposal.
5. Traveller responsibilities
Hold a valid passport and any visas required for Türkiye and Greece.
Arrive at the meeting points and times stated in your itinerary and follow your guide’s instructions.
Inform us in advance of medical conditions, dietary or accessibility needs.
Travel insurance covering medical, cancellation and baggage is strongly recommended.
6. Liability
KAMPA acts with due care in selecting hotels, carriers and guides. Our liability for services provided by third parties is limited to the extent permitted by Turkish law and applicable international conventions. We are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Travel partners
Services provided to tour operators, travel agencies and event organisers are governed by the separate contract or rate agreement signed with that partner.
8. Intellectual property
Text, itineraries and photographs on this website belong to KAMPA Tours & Events or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
